The real cheese cake of yesteryear! Cheesecake Goat, is a recipe from a great grand mother of Deux-Sevres, which we handed. A delight for all small hollow of the day, hot or cold as an aperitif (with Pineau!) Or dessert (with sauce).
As we did in the time the meal is a mixture of fresh eggs, sugar and fresh goat cheese (46%) on a bottom of pastry house. The whole is cooked in a hot oven, where the appearance of the burned area. |
